Every hat is made to order and ships within 1 business day of purchase. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Shipping times vary by location once the order leaves us. We're not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off for delivery.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At DadNamed, we take pride in the quality of every hat we make. Please review this policy before placing your order.

Because every hat is custom stitched to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review the product description and photos carefully before checking out.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dadnamedco@gmail.com.

If the issue is verified, we'll replace the item at no additional cost. To qualify for a replacement:

• The item must be unused and unworn
• The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
• Photos of the issue may be requested before a replacement is approved

Replacement requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.

Shipping Address Responsibility

You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. DadNamed is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you'll be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

DadNamed reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page.

By placing an order with DadNamed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this policy. "All Sales Final" is displayed on every product page to make sure this is visible before purchase.
